Police looking for mystery man last seen clambering over River Thames pier nearly a month ago

Police are searching for a man last seen clambering over security gates onto a pier overhanging the River Thames.

The man, in a brown overcoat, was captured on security cameras sidestepping his way around a spiked security gate to access Crown Pier in Victoria Embankment at 2.30am on November 16.

The pier walkway zig-zags downwards to the surface of the central London river.
