Police are appealing for witnesses after thugs seriously assaulted a man with a blade in Rutherglen.
The incident happened around 9.30pm on Monday 2 December 2019 within Springhall Court.
A 29-year-old man was approached by two men in the stairwell and he was attacked with a bladed weapon.
The victim was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital with a serious injury to his arm.
Both suspects were wearing dark clothing. One had a balaclava covering his face and the other had a scarf covering his face.
Detective Constable Derek Young, of Cambuslang CID, said: "I'm appealing to anyone who saw two men matching these descriptions or acting suspiciously around that area of Rutherglen to contact us."
