Police launch urgent appeal for missing Wishaw man Chris Logan

Police are urgently appealing for help to trace Wishaw man Chris Logan after he was reported missing by his wife.

The 39-year-old's disappearance was raised yesterday evening after she came home to find he was not there.

Following local enquiries, it's understood Chris was seen walking on Honeybridge in Belstane Road, Wishaw, around 6pm heading towards the Carluke area.

He is described as white, 5ft10, with fair receding hair, wearing a black jacket and white Vans shoes. He also wears glasses.

Constable Adele Whitton from Wishaw Police Station said: “Chris’s family is extremely worried about him and it is important that we confirm his whereabouts as soon as possible.

“He is known to spend time in Carluke and the Greenhead area of Wishaw and I would urge anyone who recognises Chris, or has any information about where he is, to please come forward.

“I would also appeal to Chris to get in touch with someone to let us know that he is ok.

“Anyone with information is asked to contact Wishaw Police Station via 101, quoting incident number 3456 of Wednesday 29 May 2019.”
