Police launch urgent appeal for missing Scots teen last seen boarding ferry

Police have launched an urgent search after a teen was reported missing from Dunoon.

Kate Lowe was last seen boarding a Cal Mac ferry from Dunoon to Gourock at around 5.50pm yesterday.

The 15-year-old has not been seen since.

Officers have released CCTV images of the teen and are urging anyone with information to get in touch.

Footage captured shows her wearing a checkered shirt and trousers, black hat and a rucksack.

A Police Scotland statement says: “Any sightings or information please call 101 quoting incident 2944 of 17/05/21.”
