Police launch search for East Kilbride woman missing for seven days

Police have launched a search after a woman went missing in East Kilbride.

Marie Paterson, 37, was last seen in the South Lanarkshire town's Kittoch Street on Saturday June 22.

Her disappearance was then reported to officers the following Thursday.

Marie is known to regularly travel to Glasgow city centre.

She is described as white, 5ft 5 inches in height and of slim build with long blonde hair. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black t-shirt.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts should contact East Kilbride Police Office through 101 quoting reference number 1485 of 27th June 2019.
