A probe has been launched after three bikes worth £20,000 were stolen from a family home in Glasgow.
Police were called to a property in Robroyston on Sunday morning after the two off-road Super Moto bikes and one Triumph road bike were stolen from the property's garage.
The bikes, which belong to Glasgow racer Christopher Soutar Eastwood are worth a total estimate of £20,000 and have been described as “irreplaceable” by his family.
The property in Robroyston where the bikes were stolen from belongs to the 27-year-old's grandmother, who stored them in her garage for safe keeping.

The family now believe the theft was targeted due to the value of the bikes.
Karen Soutar, Christopher’s mum, told the Daily Record: “It was my mum’s neighbour who heard it. My mum was woken up by the police shining a torch through her window after the neighbours called.

“They told her not to panic but the bikes had been stolen.
“She then phoned my husband to come up, this was about 1am.”
She added: “My son thinks he has been targeted as he had one bike up for sale.
“This has been specific, they have come because they knew the bikes were in that garage.
“Through social media and through the Super Moto community we managed to find out where we think the bikes are and took this information to police.
“The police have told us not to approach them.”

The family believe the bikes have been taken to Niddrie in Edinburgh.
Police are calling for anyone with information which can help to come forward.
Karen said: “Christopher works extremely hard and his whole life is racing bikes.
“They are irreplaceable to him.
“For him, it’s as if someone has stolen your dog.
“If he does not get the bikes back he cannot compete at the British Championships. At the moment he is fifth in the league but there’s two more weekends of competition and if he doesn’t have his bikes he can’t compete.”
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Police were called around 12.20am on Sunday, 5 September, 2021 following the report of the theft of motorbikes from a property in Robroyston Glasgow.
"Enquires are currently ongoing to trace those responsible and anyone with any information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident number 0094 of 05/09/21."
