Police are investigating the circumstances of an unexplained death.
South Wales Police officers were called to Carmarthen Road in Fforestfach, Swansea, after receiving reports of a man's death early on Sunday morning.
The force has now launched an investigation into the circumstances behind the man's death but said it is not being treated as suspicious.
A spokeswoman for South Wales Police said: "South Wales Police were called just after 7am this morning following reports of the death of a man on Carmarthen Road, Fforestfach, Swansea.
"Investigations are ongoing to establish the full circumstances, however the death is not believed to be suspicious but it is unexplained."
Anyone with information which may assist officers with their investigation is asked to call 101.
