An investigation has been launched after a person was stabbed in Trafford.
Police were called to Laurel Walk in Partington on Tuesday night following reports of a 'disturbance'.
Officers discovered one person had suffered a stab wound.
Laurel Walk was cordoned off following the incident at 7pm.

Forensics officers also attended the scene.
Police say enquiries are ongoing. No further details about the incident have been released at this stage.

A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said: "At around 7pm on Tuesday August 10 police were called to a report of a disturbance on Laurel Walk, Partington.
"Officers attended and established that a person had received a stab wound and enquires are ongoing."
