Police have released a CCTV appeal after a woman tried to open the front door of Jesmond home.
Officers received a report of "suspicious activity" at a house on Grosvenor Road on November 1.
It was reported that a woman had tried the front door, around 9.10am, before leaving the area.

Police have now released an image of a woman who was in the area at the time.
Officers believe she could have information that can assist with the investigation.
The woman, or anyone who knows her, is asked to contact police via the ‘Tell Us Something’ page of the website or by calling 101 quoting 121175M/21.
