Police launch appeal to trace missing Stirling schoolgirl (13)

Police are appealing for information top help trace a missing 13-year-old girl from Stirling

Teigan Thomson has been reported missing in Stirling.

The youngster is known to have links to the Forth Valley and Dumfries areas.

The teen was last seen at around 8.50pm on Sunday, November 14, in the Forth Street area of Stirling.

She is described as being 5 feet 2 inches tall, slim built with dark brown shoulder length hair.

She was last known to be wearing a black jacket, green camouflage leggings and white Nike trainers.

Anyone who believes they have seen Teigan or who has any information which could help trace her is asked to call 101, quoting incident 3430 of November 14.

Update: Police have now traced her.

A statement released today (Tuesday) reads: "We can confirm that Teigan Thomson (13), who was reported missing from Stirling has been traced safe and well.

"Thank you to everyone who shared our earlier appeal."
