Police are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of missing man Zach Melton.
The 30-year-old went missing from the Newton Aycliffe area on Thursday and has not been seen again since.
He has been reported missing to police, who are becoming increasingly concerned for his wellbeing.
Officers have now launched a public appeal in an attempt to track him down and bring him home safe.
He is described as having dark brown hair, of stocky build, wearing a red t-shirt and red shorts.
Durham Constabulary is urging members of the public to call 101 if anyone sees Mr Melton or knows of his whereabouts.
