Police launch appeal to trace missing man with links to Balmaha

Police are appealing for information to help trace a missing 26-year-old man who may have travelled to the east side of Loch Lomond.

Dylan McCamon, Kilmarnock, was reported missing on Sunday. He is described as white, around six feet tall, slim built with brown hair and a short beard.

His clothing is unconfirmed but he is known to regularly wear jeans, trainers and a bomber style jacket.

Sergeant Kerry Russell of Kilmarnock Response Policing, said: "We're appealing for the public's help to try and locate Dylan as we have growing concerns for his wellbeing and safety. Dylan does not drive but is believed to travel to the Glasgow, Balloch and Balmaha areas.

"If anyone recognises Dylan from the photo, and has any information of his recent whereabouts, we would like them to contact the police. We rely on assistance from the public and we and his family appreciate any help they can give in tracing Dylan. "
