Police launch appeal for missing 9-year-old boy in Leeds

An appeal has been launched to find a nine-year-old boy from Leeds who has gone missing.

Jaiden Nedd has gone missing from Moortown, prompting a huge response from West Yorkshire Police, who are calling on members of the public to be on the lookout for the youngster.

The force has put pictures of the missing boy across its social media channels in a bid to locate him.

UPDATE: JAIDEN NEDD HAS BEEN FOUND SAFE AND WELL

Jaiden is a young mixed race boy with short black hair. It's possible that he might be wearing a green shiny jacket with silver trainers.

Anyone with information is urged to contact police immediately on the non-emergency number, 101, quoting the reference number 497 for Sunday, May 19.
