Police launch appeal for help as Paisley man still missing after six days

Concern is growing for the well-being of a Paisley man who went missing on Monday.

Tuan Van Le vanished from the town at around 10.30am.

The 23-year is believed by police to have taken the 11.08am train from Paisley to Glasgow to meet with a woman and three children.

Renfrewshire and Inverclyde Police Division are now urgently appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

A spokesperson said: "We are seeking the assistance of the public in tracing Tuan Van Le, aged 23 missing from the Paisley area.

"Tuan has been missing from about 10.30am on Monday. 

"Tuan is Vietnamese and is described as about 5'10 in height with short black/brown hair and of slim build.

"Tuan is wearing a black Puma t-shirt with PUMA written in white, blue jeans and alider flip flops.

"He is believed to have taken the 11.08am train from Paisley to Glasgow where he engaged in contact with a woman and three children.

"Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Tuan is asked to contact the Police by calling 101 quoting incident number 1553 of August 14."
