Police launch appeal for Edinburgh man missing since July 9

Cops in Edinburgh have launched an urgent appeal for a man who hasn’t been seen since Thursday.

Eoin O'Sullivan, 48, has been missing from the Wester Hailes area of the city since the early hours of July 9.

He was last seen by his family at his home address in the Longstone Grove area.

Police are asking anyone in the Colinton and Water of Leith areas of Edinburgh, and in the Pentland Hills to look out for Eoin, who likes walking.

He is described as white male, around 6ft tall, of slim build, with dark brown hair and a small beard. He may be wearing a greyish waterproof jacket and dark-coloured trousers.

Anyone who can help is asked to call Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 1549 of 10/07/20.
