Police have issued a warning following an attempted break-in at Wishaw Golf Club.
The incident took place on Monday, February 8, at 9pm at the greenkeeper’s shed at the club in Cleland Road.
Shutters on the shed were damaged as a result and the alarm was sounded although nothing was taken.
The concerning incident comes following a break-in at the club last month.
On January 25, machinery was taken from the greenkeeper’s shed.
Sgt Jim Mutter, from Wishaw Police Office, said: “We would ask club members and members of the public who may be in the area to be vigilant.”
Anyone with information on the incidents is asked to contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
