Police issue urgent plea to find missing Anfield man

Police have issued an urgent plea for help to find a missing Anfield man.

Anthony Vaughan, 47, was last seen on Sunday, May 17.

Merseyside Police said Mr Vaughan was seen at around 9.30pm at his home on Maslin Drive.

Extensive enquiries are ongoing to find him.

Mr Vaughan is described as white, 5ft 8in tall, of medium build, with short grey hair.

At the time of his last sighting he was wearing a blue tracksuit, knitted hoodie and dark green trainers.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the force's social media desk @MerPolCC, call 101 or Missing People on 116 000.
