Police issue urgent appeal for missing boy, 13, believed to be in Manchester

A missing teenage boy could be in Manchester, police say.

Paul Willis Hughes has not been seen since Friday afternoon, March 6, and concern is growing for his welfare.

The 13-year-old is originally from Kendal but it is believed that he may have travelled to Manchester.

It in unknown which part of the city he could be in but officers have appealed to anyone who may have spotted the youngster to get in touch.

Cumbria police described him as around 4ft 8 inches tall, with short brown hair.

It is believed he may be wearing a dark-coloured puffa-style jacket, a red/orange-coloured hoody, dark blue joggers and black trainers.

Officers are appealing for anyone with information on Paul's whereabouts to get in touch by calling 101.
