Police issue urgent appeal after teenager goes missing at shopping centre

Police have released an urgent appeal to find a teenager who disappeared after a trip to a Salford shopping centre.

Angel Barrett, 14, was last seen at the Lowry Outlet, Salford Quays, on Sunday, May 12.

The teenager, who lives in Runcorn, was wearing a black top and black jeans at the time of her disappearance.

She was carrying a grey and green River Island bag.

The post, put up on the GMP Salford Facebook page, said: "Angel Barrett, 14 years old, is missing.

"She was last seen at the Lowry Outlet, Salford Quays on May 12, 2019."

Police confirmed this is the first time Angel has gone missing.

Anyone with information is asked to contact 101 quoting log 130519/0178.
