The deaths of two men on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day are being treated as 'not suspicious', police confirmed.
Emergency services were called to a report the body of a 37-year-old man was found inside a house on Hartington Road in West Derby just after 4.15pm on New Year's Eve.
Paramedics pronounced the man deceased at the scene, and his next of kin have been informed.

Police and forensics remained at the scene today (Saturday, January 1) and the property remains cordoned off.
In Everton, a man died after falling from an apartment building.
Police received a report from North West Ambulance Service at around 9.20am today that a man in his 20s had fallen from an apartment building on Fox Street in Everton.
Officers attended the scene and the man died a short time later.
A spokesman for the force has now confirmed both deaths are being treated as 'non suspicious'.
