Police issue public appeal after man goes missing from Scots town

A Polish man has gone missing from a town in Aberdeen, prompting police to make a public appeal for information on his whereabouts.

Jakub Ziomko was last seen in the Findon, Portlethen area at around 12pm on Tuesday.

The 39-year-old is described as 5"8 tall, medium build with short brown hair and speaks with a Polish accent.

He was last spotted wearing a North Face camouflage jacket and carrying a brown bag.

Since Jakub's disappearance, officers have been speaking to members of the public in the local area and handing out leaflets appealing for information on his whereabouts.

Anyone that may be able to help trace Jakub is urged to contact police on 101 quoting incident number PS-20220208-2618.
