West Yorkshire Police are urging people in Leeds to help them track down a burglary suspect.

Officers have been searching for Jamie Commons for months and they are looking to question him about 25 shop thefts.

The 40-year-old from east Leeds is also wanted in connection with a burglary.

In a statement, police said: "Officers have been carrying out enquiries to trace him for a number of months but have so far been unable to establish his whereabouts.

"He is 6ft 5ins tall, slim, with brown hair and has names tattooed on both sides of his neck.

"Anyone who has seen him or who know his current whereabouts is asked to contact officers via 101 quoting reference 13190455589 or online."
