Police have appealed to the public for help in locating a "high risk missing person."
Andrew Kelly was last seen in the Ballykinler area at around 6am on Sunday 2 February.
A PSNI spokesperson said they are concerned for Andrew's wellbeing.
He added: "Please be on the lookout for Andrew Kelly. Andrew was last seen in the Ballykinler area at about 6am this morning. He is wearing dark tracksuit bottoms and a brown hooded jacket.
"We are concerned for Andrew’s wellbeing. If you see him, please call us immediately on 101 and give reference number 598 of 02/02/2020."
