Police have issued a fresh appeal after an elderly man was attacked in Salford.
The 81-year-old victim was assaulted on Amos Street, behind a row of shops on Langworthy Road, between around 2am and 4am on Sunday, May 27.
The attack caused him to fall and hit his head.
He was taken to hospital from the scene with serious injuries.
Police said he remains there and he has still not regained full consciousness.

He sadly may not fully recover.
Detectives are now issuing a fresh appeal for information about the attack.
They particularly want to speak to three males that were spotted at the scene at the time.
Detective Constable Mike Tyler, of Salford CID said, "This was a serious, unprovoked attack on a vulnerable 81-year-old man.

"He has been in hospital since this assault and may not fully recover.
"We are keen to speak to the males that were spotted at the scene, as we believe that they could help us to identify the offender.
"If this is you, then please get in touch as any information no matter how insignificant you believe it may be, could help us bring the offender to justice."
