Police issue CCTV appeal after burglary at County Durham home

An investigation is under way after a burglary in County Durham.

Police have released CCTV images of two men they want to trace in connection with the incident.

The burglary took place at a home on Daphne Crescent in Seaham on January 22.

Anyone who recognises the men is asked to contact Durham Constabulary.

A spokesperson for the force said: "Do you recognise these men?

"We’d like to speak to them in connection with a dwelling burglary which took place between 1pm and 4pm on Friday, January 22.

"The incident took place in the Daphne Crescent area of Seaham.

"If you have any information relating to the incident, please contact Durham Police on 101, quoting incident number 334 of January 22."
