Police are investigating the sudden death of a 13-year-old girl at home in what has been described as an "awful tragedy".
Emergency services were called to a residential address in Pennar, Wales, on Wednesday evening.
However, the girl was confirmed dead by paramedics, Wales Online reports.
A police statement said: "The death is not being treated as suspicious.
"HM Coroner will be informed and her family is being supported by specially trained officers."
Chief Inspector Andy Pitt, of Dyfed-Powys Police , said: "This is an awful tragedy and I pass on my sincere sympathy to the family on behalf of Dyfed-Powys Police."

The Welsh Ambulance Service confirmed it sent two rapid response vehicles and two emergency ambulances to a property in Pennar.
The air ambulance also attended the scene.
