POLICE are examining the circumstances of a crash that killed a man believed to be aged in his 80s on Wednesday.
Emergency services were called to Bumble Hill Road at Kulnura on the Central Coast about 10.40am.
Initial reports indicated that a motorcycle had left the road and struck a tree.
"The rider, a man believed to be aged in his 80s, died at the scene," polie said in a statement.
"He is yet to be formally identified."
Tuggerah Lakes police established a crime scene and commenced an investigation.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
