Police are investigating the death of a 34-year-old woman at the Dhulwa Mental Health Unit on Saturday morning.
In a statement, ACT Policing said they received a report about 6am that a woman had died.
"ACT Policing Criminal Investigations is investigating the circumstances surrounding the death and a report will be prepared for the ACT Coroner," the statement reads.
"At this time, no suspicious circumstances have been identified.
"As the matter is under investigation, no further comment will be made."
The Dhulwa Mental Health Unit provides 24-hour treatment and care for adults with complex mental health needs.
