Police investigating Cramlington burglary release image of man they want to trace

Police have released an image of a man they want to speak to after a cash box and CCTV hard drives were taken from a shop.

Intruders broke into the Nisa Local in Glenluce Court, Cramlington, in the early hours of Sunday, February 9.

They then removed the cash box and hard drives before fleeing the scene in a white van. The box was later found on a nearby country lane.

Enquiries into this incident are ongoing and officers have now released an image of a man who might be able to help the investigation.

He was in the area shortly before the break-in and police believe he might have valuable information.

The man, or anyone who knows him, is asked to contact police by emailing 196@northumbria.pnn.police.uk quoting crime number 17585Y/20.

Alternatively you can contact independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
