Police are investigating three separate incidents of strangers in a car talking to children.
Avon and Somerset Police has said it has received the reports in the past two weeks.
The police statement said: "Neighbourhood officers have carried out reassurance visits at three South Bristol schools following a small number of suspicious incidents in the area.
"We’ve received reports of three incidents which have taken place during the past two weeks of men talking to children from inside vehicles.
"We continue to investigate the reports and are looking into whether they are linked."

Officers are reviewing CCTV footage from the area while they’ve also conducted house to house enquiries, the statement continued.
"We would encourage parents and carers to remind children what to do if they are approached by a suspicious stranger: shout to draw the attention of others or run home or to the nearest busy public place and tell an adult straight away," the statement continued.
On Thursday, BristolLive reported how a school in south Bristol had warned parents to be vigilant after a girl was approached by two strangers in a car.
West Town Lane Academy, in Brislington, got in touch with parents after the incident, which happened on Wednesday morning (September 30).
The letter said one of their pupils was approached by two men in a silver vehicle outside Oasis Academy Brislington, by the entrance on Hungerford Road.
Headteacher Adrian Robbins said the two men beckoned her over but she ran to the school.
