Police are appealing after a car was set on fire in Dumbarton.
The incident happened at around 5.45am on Friday.
The fireraising is being treated as malicious.
Sergeant Brian Simpson from Dumbarton community policing team said: “Enquiries are at an early stage into this fire however, at this time, I would urge anyone who witnessed anything suspicious, or who may have information that will assist the police investigation to contact detectives at Dumbarton Police Office through 101 quoting reference number 521 of June 7.
"Alternatively Crimestoppers can be contacted on 0800 555 111, where anonymity can be maintained.”
