Police are investigating an alleged disturbance involving between 10 to 15 people on a Rhondda street.
Officers received reports of a disturbance on Partridge Road, Tonypandy, just after 9pm on Tuesday, December 21.
By the time police arrived the group had left, however, there were not believed to be any serious injuries.
Police are now appealing to anyone who either witnessed the incident or was involved in the incident to come forward to aid their investigation.

Deputy Inspector Karl Emerson, said: "We are investigating the incident which clearly concerned local residents - this type of behaviour will not be tolerated by us or by the local community.
"We are trying to identify who was involved and piece together what happened.
"To our knowledge nobody was seriously injured but we want to ensure that is the case.
"Our investigation is continuing and anybody who is found to have committed an offence will be arrested.”
An appeal from South Wales Police read: "Officers in Rhondda are appealing for information following a disturbance in Partridge Road, Tonypandy just after 9pm on Tuesday, 21 December.
"Police received reports of a disturbance involving between 10 to 15 people in the street – all had left the scene before police arrived.
"Officers are appealing to anybody who may have witnessed the incident, who hasn’t made contact, to come forward.
"They would also like to speak to anybody who may know who was involved."
