Police investigate break in on Maybole High Street

An alleged break in has sparked high police presence on Maybole High Street.

The petrol garage is said to be cordoned off as police carry out enquiries.

The town’s Jet garage and Spar also doubles up at the Post Office.

A police spokesman said: “Police Scotland can confirm that they are currently in attendance at the Post office on High Street, Maybole regarding a report of a break in.

“Initial enquires are being made at this time.”
