Appealing for help on Twitter in the early hours of Wednesday, Northumbria Police said they are growing "increasingly concerned" for her welfare.

Anyone who has seen Helen or has information as to her whereabouts is urged to contact police on the 101 non-emergency number, quoting reference NP-20210817-0814.
