Police 'increasingly concerned' following disappearance of 31-year-old man

Police have issued an appeal for a missing man, last seen in Marple in the early hours.

Greater Manchester Police say they are becoming 'increasingly concerned' about a man named Christopher, aged 31. In a statement released today (June 5), the force has said officers 'want to make sure he is safe and well'.

Christopher was last seen on Brabyns Brow in Marple at 1.23am on Sunday, June 4.

Christopher is described as a white male, 5ft 9ins tall, of medium build with short, brown hair. He had been wearing a black t-shirt, beige shorts and black, dark trainers.

In the appeal, GMP said: "Can you help police find missing Christopher? He was last seen on Brabyns Brow, Marple, at 1.23am on Sunday 4 June 2023.

"Anyone with information about Christopher’s whereabouts should contact police on 0161 856 9721 quoting log number 3792-040623."

The force added: "Officers are becoming increasingly concerned about Christopher and want to make sure he is safe and well."
