Police Scotland are appealing for witnesses and information after two cars were stolen outside of a property in Linlithgow.
The incident is believed to have taken place in the West Lothian town at around 03:20am this morning (October 3).
Thankfully one vehicle - a BMW M4 - was recovered by police near to Dysrat in Fife.
However a white Mini One with a registration plate reading SL15 0YA remains unaccounted for with police unable to trace the car.
Detective Constable Jamie Duthie of Lothian and Borders CID said: “Our enquiries into this incident are ongoing and I would urge anyone who can help to get in touch.
“We would be keen to speak to anyone who believes they have seen either vehicle being driven at any time since they were reported stolen.
“We would also be keen to speak to anyone who may have dashcam or private CCTV footage which could help our enquiries.
