Police in West Belfast seeking identity of driver involved in crash with pedestrian

Police are seeking to identify a driver who was involved in a crash involving a pedestrian and a vehicle in West Belfast.

It happened at the junction of Divis Street and the Westlink on Wednesday, October 6, at 5pm.

The PSNI wish to identify the driver of the vehicle and are asking witnesses to come forward.

A spokesperson said: "If you are the driver of this vehicle, or if you witnessed the incident and can provide the details sought by Police please ring 101 and quote serial 1630 of the 6th of October 2021."

Meanwhile, police in West Belfast are also asking the public for help in locating Roy William McKee.

He was last seen on Monday, October 11 at around 8.30am on Finaghy Road South in Belfast.

He was wearing a navy jumper, dark blue shirt and light brown shorts.

A spokesperson added: "If you think you have seen Roy or know where he may be, please call 101 quoting serial reference 1398 of the 11th of October."
