Police hunting missing Stirling man with distinctive hand tattoos

Concerns are growing for the welfare of a man who vanished in the Grangemouth area.

Stephen Fleming was last seen around the Charlotte Dundas area near Falkirk at around 6.30pm on Friday January 24.

The 48-year-old, who lives in the Plean area of Stirling, has not been seen since.

He is described as a white, about 6ft 1ins tall of slim build, with grey receding hair.

He has the letters ‘SKIN’ tattooed on his left knuckle, ‘MADNESS’ tattooed on his right hand and various other tattoos over his arms and chest.

When last seen he was wearing a black Adidas tracksuit with white stripes, grey trainers and a black Adidas baseball hat.

Stephen has links to the Plean, Stirling and Grangemouth areas of Forth Valley.

Inspector Andrea Campbell from Falkirk Police Station said: “As the passage of time increases our concerns are growing for Stephen’s welfare and we are conducting a number of enquiries to ensure that he is safe.

“I’d ask anyone who may have seen him, or someone matching his description, in the Forth Valley area since 6.30pm last night to come forward and report this to us in order to assist with our enquiries.”
