Police hunting man after M60 crash leaves five hurt - including one with 'life changing' injuries

A man is being hunted by police in connection with a crash on the M60 which left one person seriously injured.

An Audi A3 and Nissan Qashqai were involved in a collision on the clockwise stretch of the M60 between junctions 13 and 14 for Worsley and Leigh on August 8 last year, GMP say.

One person was left with "life altering injuries", with four others also hurt in the crash.

Mohammed Tabassum, 28, was due to appear at at Birmingham Crown Court to face five charges in relation to the incident.

However he failed to appear and police are now trying to track him down.

He is believed to have links to the Birmingham, Manchester and Derby areas.

Anyone with any information regarding Tabassum’s whereabouts should contact Greater Manchester Police on 0161 856 8844.
