Police are investigating an attack by six people on a 71-year-old man and his friend in a Glasgow park.
Officers are hunting six suspects after the assault in broad daylight in Barrowlands Park, near Trongate, on Saturday.
The six men approached the two pensioners at around 3.30pm and then assaulted them.
The crime was not reported to police initially but one of the men has now come forward and detectives are urging the OAP's friend to do the same.
He is white, bald, with a medium build and was wearing a red jacket, blue jeans and white trainers.
A description of the six suspects can be seen below.
Detectives are now reviewing CCTV footage for any information and are asking for anyone with mobile phone footage to pass it on as it could assist the ongoing investigation.
Detective Sergeant Ainsley Clark said: “I would urge the man who was assaulted who has not reported it to police to contact us. The area was very busy on Saturday and I am appealing to people who were in the area at the time of the incident to contact us.
“Many incidents are captured on mobile phones now and I would appeal to people who may have filmed the incident to contact us and provide us with any footage. It could prove vital in helping us identify the men responsible for these attacks.”
