Police hunt man with ginger mullet and face tattoos over £280 sex toys theft

Police are hunting for a man with a heavily-tattooed face and a ginger mullet over the theft of nearly £280 worth of sex toys.

The man bears distinctive cursive-scripted tattoos with words 'death before dishonour' and 'never take my soul' on the right side of his face, police say.

According to Gold Coast Police in Queensland, Australia, the man is also wanted for a string of alleged offences including phone and car theft over the past two months.

CCTV footage from the incident, which took place on June 18 in Oxenford, allegedly shows a man asking to see three toys from a glass cabinet before making off with the loot.

The toys included a $100 (£55) 'buddy wand' personal massager, a $130 (£72) multi-erogenous zone massager and a $250 (£139) pulse wave vibe.

About a week later, the same suspect allegedly robbed a $125 (£70) Huawei Y3 phone and two sour gecko lollies from a Surfers Paradise convenience store.

Two weeks ago, on June 27, he allegedly met a woman at Coombabah carpark to purchase an iPhone for $700 (£390) but took off with the phone without paying.

The man is also wanted for questioning over a number of car thefts including a dark grey Mazda 3 hatchback and Audi Q5.
