Police officers are hunting for a man in a dress who flashed a 15-year-old girl and a woman.
The indecent exposure happened in Kirkgate Park, Kinross on Monday morning, where the man in question then ran off towards a nearby golf course.
Police officers describe the suspect as abound 6ft tall, with slim build with short, scraggly dark hair.
He was wearing a purple and white dress with a black hoodie.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We are investigating an incident which occurred in Kirkgate Park, Kinross, about 9.30pm on Monday, July 26.
"A man deliberately indecently exposed himself to a 15-year-old girl and a woman in her 30s before running off in the direction of the nearby golf course.
"Although there were no other witnesses in the immediate vicinity at the time, given the very distinctive description it is possible he could have been seen elsewhere nearby during the evening.
"If you have any information that could assist our investigation, please call 101 or speak with any police officer.
"Also, information can be given anonymously through CrimeStoppers on 0800 555 111. Our reference is incident 3242 of July 27."
