Police hunt for vulnerable missing woman in Prestonpans, East Lothian

Police officers are carrying out searches and enquiries to trace a 52 year-old woman who is missing from her home in Prestonpans, East Lothian.

Audrey Colquhoun of Prestongrange Terrace, Prestonpans, was last seen by her family at her home around 9.20am on Friday, December 27. She was reported missing to police on Saturday, December 28.

The 52-year-old is described as white, around 5ft 6 inches in height and of medium build with shoulder-length blonde hair. She also wears glasses.

Inspector Helen Miller from Haddington Police Station said: “Audrey has not been missing before and it is out of character for her not to keep in contact with her family and friends and we are becoming increasingly concerned for her wellbeing.

“At this time, I would urge anyone with information on Audrey’s whereabouts or for Audrey herself to contact Haddington Police Station through 101 quoting reference number 1477 of 28th December.”
