Police hunt for 2 'laughing' men who kissed girl, 3, in front of distressed mum

Police are trying to identify two men after a three-year-old girl was kissed in public while her shocked mum witnessed it happen.

The incident took place in Grantham, Lincolnshire last Wednesday (June 22) at around 2.55pm.

Lincolnshire Police said a mother was walking along the road with her three-year-old daughter when they were approached by two men.

A man in a white and grey jacket bent down and kissed the three-year-old girl on the face before walking away.

The distressed mother attempted to confront the men, but the man walked away laughing with another man who was wearing a red top.

Police report the two men leaving the scene and heading towards Dysart Road in the town.

Lincolnshire Police is now appealing for anyone who may recognise the two men in the photo based on their distinctive clothing to come forward with any information they may have.

Officers have said the understand the CCTV footage is blurry but the incident was particularly distressing for those involved, so are hoping it will help identify the men.
