Police hunt for stolen Ford Fiesta with 'sparkling alloys' taken from Whiteinch area

Police have appealed for information on the whereabouts of a car stolen from the Whiteinch area of the city.

The blue Ford Fiesta ST 2 (S29 NMM) was stolen from the Squire Street area between 6pm on Monday, April 19 and 9am on Tuesday, April 20.

The car, which has distinctive sparkling alloys, had been parked close to the junction of Curle Street before it was stolen.

Officers are appealing to anyone who was in the Squire Street area and witnessed anything suspicious to get in touch with them.

Additionally, anyone who sees the car is urged to contact police.

Constable Joe Gear, from Helen Street Police Station, said: “Anyone with information on the theft of this unique car should be reported to 101, quoting incident 0591 of 20 April. Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, if you wish to remain anonymous.”
