Police hunt for missing Morley children believed to be together

Police have launched an appeal to try to trace two missing children from Morley.

Officers are growing concerned for the welfare of the boy and girl, who are believed to be together.

Gabrielle Baines, aged 12, and Connor Ryan, aged 14, were last in Morley yesterday and were reported missing that evening.

The West Yorkshire Police appeal describes Gabrielle as white, around 5ft tall, of slim build and with brown shoulder-length hair.

She is thought to be wearing grey Nike trainers with an orange tick, blue trousers and a black Next jacket.

Connor is white, around 5ft 10, of slim build and with short, light brown hair.

He is believed to be wearing a black Stone Island coat, silver waistcoat, black trousers, black shoes and carrying a black Nike backpack.

Anyone who believes they may have seen Gabrielle or Connor or anyone who has information on their whereabouts is asked to contact police on 101, quoting log 1685 of 09/03.
