Police helicopters are currently attending an ongoing operation in the Ruchill area of the city.
Locals have reported seeing two helicopters flying low in the area as well as police vans parked on Parkbrae Gardens.
Eyewitnesses have shared images of armed police in what appears to be a back garden in the area.
The helicopter can also been seen from Maryhill.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers, including specialist resources, are currently in attendance at an address in the Ruchill area of Glasgow in relation to an ongoing enquiry.”
