Police helicopter scrambled to area after vehicle shot in 'dispute' as gunman remains at large

A vehicle was shot in a 'dispute' in Little Hulton on Sunday afternoon (April 2) - with the gunman still at large.

A police helicopter was seen flying overhead following the report of a firearms discharge in the area of Hulton Avenue shortly after 4pm. An investigation was launched, with two police scenes put in place nearby.

Enquiries have so far established that following a 'dispute', a suspected imitation firearm was then used and fired at a vehicle. No arrests have been made yet with police investigations continuing.
