Police growing "increasingly worried" for missing Cambuslang man

Police are appealing for assistance in tracing a missing Cambuslang man.

Officers are asking for the public's help to find 40-year-old John Duncan, who was last seen at about 6.20pm on Sunday, December 18, 2022 in Cornwall Way, East Kilbride.

His current whereabouts are unknown, and Police are becoming increasingly concerned for him.

John is described as being 5”11 tall, medium build, with short brown hair wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and black quarter zip jumper and in possession of a black rucksack.

Inspector Pamela McFarlane from Hamilton Police Station told Lanarkshire Live: "John has been missing for a number of hours now, and we are becoming increasingly worried about him. We have a number of police resources out looking for him, and I am now looking for assistance from the public.

"If you believe you have seen John or have any information, please contact 101 quoting incident no. 3417 of December 17, 2022."
