Police in the city centre found a Lamborghini with an illegal number plate during a driving offences blitz on Friday night.
Officers caught a number of speeding cars and issued a Section 59 warning for anti social driving on Liverpool Road.
They also seized an Audi, which was found to be uninsured after the driver ran a red light.
Sharing news of their busy evening on social media, they wrote: "Last night on #LiverpoolRoad a Section 59 Warning was issued for ASB Driving, several were stopped for speed and a Lamborghini was reported for an illegal number plate by our @GMPSpecials
"An Audi was also seized on #Deansgate by Inspector S for no insurance having run a (traffic light).
